TheRugDistrict.ca want to make the returns process as easy and pain free as possible. We strive to provide 100% satisfaction on every order. Not happy? If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your product*** within 30 days for an in-store credit. We are responsible for the return shipping fees. Certain restrictions may apply on oversized rugs (8 ft. or larger) and orders $1,000 or more. The in-store credit might be reduced by an applicable 10%-20% restocking fee.
IMPORTANT: Damaged or wrong Merchandise shipped.
As soon as you receive your merchandise, please inspect it and notify TheRugDistrict.ca immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Please unwrap the rug carefully and hold on to the original packaging for the first 30 days upon receiving the rug, as they will be needed in case a return is made. Also check to make sure that the products you ordered were made exactly as you specified when you ordered them. If you notify us and send us Photos that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment or was made incorrectly within 7 days of the date that the merchandise is delivered to you, TheRugDistrict.ca will have the damaged or incorrect merchandise replaced at no cost to you. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged or no replacement will be made.
Custom-made or made to order items (such as Dalyn, Milliken, Capel, and Colonial Mills) are returnable for shipping damage only.

Returns are easy! Just follow these 4 steps:
1. All you need to do is fill out this brief form and we will contact you with your required* Return Authorization number. You may also call (888) 926-1271 or email us at email@example.com.
2. Rugs or lighting need to be repackaged like new in the original packaging or an equivalent of the original packaging. RA# needs to be on the outside of the packaging.
3. TheRugDistrict.ca will schedule a pick-up of your rug or lighting.
4. When we receive the rug or lighting in the original condition your in-store credit will be available.
*All returns MUST have a Return Authorization number and instructions prior to sending back. Returned rugs or lighting must be in original unused condition. Returned rug may be refused or assessed fee if soiled, pet hair or stains are present.
